Part of the church is Norman, and there were extensions built in 14th Century.

Tudor font, reclaimed in 1858

a portable Carolian Font which was discovered in the rubble in the Vicarage garden. It was used when children were baptised in the Porch, so that they could enter the Church as a full member of the congregation.
